Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 24th Annual Risk Management Conference. The Chicago Board Options Exchange and the CBOE Futures Exchange appreciate your support and believe that the conference offers a unique opportunity for your company.

As a sponsor, your firm will be closely associated with a conference that has proven each year to be an important event in the futures and options industry. Over the last ten years, the conference has averaged approximately 275 institutional investment professionals. These professionals come from institutions such as foundations and endowments, pension plans, corporations, commercial banks, hedge funds, insurance companies and mutual funds. Sponsorship will give your firm an opportunity to showcase its active participation in and support of this financial community.

General Conference Sponsorship

Conference sponsorships are available for a fee of:
$5,000 for CBOE members or member firms
$6,000 for non-members

General Conference Sponsorship benefits include: Additional Opportunity-- Exhibit Table: $2,500 for sponsors/ $7,500 for non-sponsors

Media Sponsorship

In exchange for placement of print and internet advertising for the Risk Management Conference, you will receive the following benefits:

Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Maximize your company's exposure by using various events and amenities of the Risk Management Conference to your advantage. This allows you to keep your company's name and logo in front of all attendees before, during, and after the conference. Sponsorship opportunities you may want to consider are listed below.

Conference Bags

Conference bags allow delegates to tote around your company logo throughout the conference, and beyond.
Benefits: Cost $7,500

Registration Badge Lanyards

Your company name will always be in sight on badge lanyards worn by delegates throughout the conference.
Benefits: Cost $6,500

Hotel Room Key Cards

Have your company logo appear on one of the most important items delegates will carry-their hotel room key cards. The key cards are distributed during hotel check-in and will be carried by attendees for the duration of their stay.
Benefits: Cost $7,000

Notepads & Pens

Have your company at every delegate's fingertips during conference sessions, with your name on conference pens or notepads.

Premium Sponsorship Opportunities

RMC Welcome Reception - Sunday, March 9

The RMC Welcome Reception is an outstanding opportunity to reach and interact with speakers and conference delegates. This event includes cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and is the main social event of the conference. Your company can sponsor the entire event as a package, or it can be purchased along with co-sponsors.
Cost of entire event - $16,000 (Call for details to split sponsorship of this event)

Welcome Reception Specialty Drink Bar

With several stations featuring a variety of wines, delegates will keep your company name on the tips of their tongues while sampling wines from the finest vineyards of California.
Benefits: Cost $5,000


Welcome Reception Martini Bar

Dry? Sweet? Dirty? Shaken, but not stirred? Your company will help delegates wind down with whatever type of martini they desire!

Welcome Reception Cigar Bar

Hand-rolled cigars will be "made-to-order" for those delegates who wish to partake.

2008 Risk Management Conference Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsorships are limited and will be approved at the discretion of the conference organizers.
2. Application and payment must be received in order for your company name and logo to be included in any Risk Management Conference promotion.
3. Payment can be made by check, credit card, or authorization to debit company account at the Options Clearing Corporation.
4. To ensure that you get the most benefit from your Conference sponsorship, please take note of the following promotions and deadlines:
In order to be included in:     Application & Payment must be received by:
Main Conference invitation     December 6, 2007
Second Conference mailing     January 6, 2008
On-site Conference materials     Monday, February 5, 2008
5. Any applications and payments received after these dates may be accepted, however it is not guaranteed that the company name will be included in the respective promotional materials.
6. Company name and logo will be added to Risk Management Conference website as soon as application and payment are received and accepted.
