The room rate is $199 per night (single or double occupancy). Suites are available upon request. In order to guarantee the special discount rates, the Conference organizers and the hotel have agreed that all hotel reservations must be made on or before Friday, February 14, 2003. After this date, the Conference organizers may release rooms for general sale and rooms may sell out quickly.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The 19th Annual Risk Management Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort located in San Antonio, Texas.
